Add the Client First

If this is a new customer, add them in the Clients section first so their name appears automatically in the client dropdown menu.

How to Update a Project Later

As construction moves forward, keeping project records updated takes seconds:

  1. Changing Project Status: When a project reaches final completion, open the project, click Edit project, and switch the status to Completed.
  2. Contract Variation Orders: If the client approves a scope expansion or variation order, update the Budget field so your financial variance calculations stay 100% accurate.
  3. Deadline Extensions (EOT): If the client grants a contractual time extension due to weather or design changes, update the End Date to align your milestone schedule.
